Assay Development

Myeloid Panel

In association with the Leukemia/Bone Marrow Transplant Program of BC, we are developing an assay to detect mutations in 42 genes associated with myeloid malignancies including acute myeloid leukemia, myeloproliferative neoplasms, and myelodysplastic syndromes.

The assay will detect SNVs and short indels in the following genes: ASXL1, BCOR, BCORL1, CALR, CBL, CEBPA, DNMT3A, ETV6, EZH2, FLT3, GATA2, IDH1, IDH2, JAK2, KDM6A, KIT, KRAS, MPL, NPM1, NRAS, PHF6, PRPF40B, PTEN, PTPN11, RAD21, RUNX1, SETD2, SF1, SF3A1, SF3B1, SH2B3, SMC1A, SMC3, SOCS3, SRSF2, STAG2, TET2, TP53, U2AF1, U2AF2, WT1, ZRSR2.

In association with oncologists at the BC Cancer Agency, we are developing an assay to detect common somatic mutations in solid tumors.
